Whilst we think our Manx Apple Port-Erin is perfect as it is; served neat as an aperitif, digestif, or for simply sitting by the fire and nibbling on a wedge of cheddar; we highly recommend trying this delicious cocktail creation too.
50ml Manx Apple Port-Erin
120ml Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
8 x Mint Leaves
4 x Slices Apple
Pour 50ml M.A.P. into tall glass, fill glass with ice, then top with with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic. Add mint leaves and apple slices, and stir. Slaynt vie!
