Each year for Remembrance Day, we produce a limited number of bottles of Manx Apple Port-Erin (M.A.P.).  This unique product is a blend of our Apple Wine which is distilled (with our friends at Outlier Distillery) and aged in ex-bourbon casks. We then combine this aged brandy with our Apple Fizz and Apple Cider to produce a smooth and rich apple sipping digestive.  Pairs perfectly with the Isle of Man Creamery Vintage Cheddar.
